Dr. Sandhya Gudapati

Dr. Gudapati specializes in adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry. She brings extensive training and continuing education in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders with pharmacology management. She has been in private practice since 1991. Born and raised in the southern part of India. Dr. Gudapati attended medical school at Osmania Medical College upon graduation she came to the United States to continue her studies. She did her residency in psychiatry at the University of Nebraska where she finished her general psychiatry training. She also attained her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Gudapati believes that there is always more to be learned and mastered.

Dr. Aiyer, a Double Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist, trained in England and Canada before pursuing medical studies at the University of Birmingham. He completed his Psychiatry residency in New York City and a specialized ACGME fellowship in Pain Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Aiyer specializes in treating diverse psychiatric conditions, emphasizing psychopharmacology and innovative treatments like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

He has experience providing: individual and group therapy with adults, therapy and behavior modification with at risk youth and their families, language and skill building with autistic children and developmentally disabled adults, vocational training with special education students, substance abuse counseling, therapy with the chronic and persistently mentally ill, as well as in home grief counseling with older adults. Lynne Palmer

Lynne Palmer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in adolescent and adult issues. She is a graduate from California State University, Fullerton and has Masters degree in Psychology from Chapman University with emphasis on marriage, family and child. She brings with her several years of counseling experience. She has rendered therapy and has addressed issues of domestic violence, alcohol and drug abuse, sexual abuse and gender issues, anger management. Ms Palmer works on setting up goals with her clients and then helps them focus on those in her therapy sessions. She is very dedicated and guides the client to strive and reach for the set up goals.

Dr. Sarah Adams

Dr. Adams is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1985. She completed her clinical psychologist program at Fuller Seminary. Dr. Adams has been trained in the Mitchell Model for critical incident stress debriefing and has been called to respond to a crisis within 24 to 48 hours of the incident. Dr. Adams also received training in EMDR as an avenue to reducing strong feelings associated with experiencing a trauma. Dr. Adams sees clients ranging from age eight to the geriatric population. Typical treatment issues focus on reducing problematic symptoms associated with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, parenting issues, divorce and separation counseling, grief issues, sexual and physical abuse victims, and behavioral problems for children and teens.

She is a graduate with her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. She has experience working in an outpatient clinical setting as well as an inpatient level 12 group home for adolescent females. Megan focuses on the needs of each individual clients and recognizes that instilling hope and providing a safe environment for a client is essential for a client to grow and develop.

He has helped many individuals over the past 17 years with mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. He has worked with individuals, couples, and families throughout my career. His goal with all of his clients is to help them be mentally healthy and the best version of themselves they can be. He uses an approach that emphasizes each client’s treatment interventions according to his or her personal needs to support each person individually in their healing process. Appolonia has a wealth of knowledge in patient care over the years in both medical and mental health care. She works as a PCMH primary care provider in outpatient internal medicine clinic with the Los Angeles County DHS acute care network (ACN). As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she has helped patients with multiple mental illness diagnosis, to overcome their mental health challenges, and able to function in their full capacities in the society, and maintain their wellness as well as their well-being.
